About GSK Scholars Program 2025-26
The GSK Scholars Program is a CSR initiative by Glaxosmithkline Pharmaceuticals LTD. This program is designed to provide financial stability to meritorious students belong to economically underprivileged backgrounds pursuing MBBS degree. An amount upto ₹10, 00,000 per year will be given as a reward to the students. The application process of the program is open to all applicants. However, the deadline of the Application is 11 January 2026 .The program also seeks to create equal access to education for every learner regardless of their location, background and financial constraints. .

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to students of all regions of India
- Must be an Indian Citizen
- Students must be enrolled in the first year of an MBBS programme at a government medical collage.
- Student must secure a minimum of 65 % marks in their Class 12 board examination
- Family income must not exceed more than INR 6,00,000 per annum.
- Children of employees of GSK Pharma and Buddy4Study are not eligible
Assessment Process
- Initial Screening: Shortlisting based on academic merit and financial need.
- Verification: Detailed document verification of the shortlisted candidates with disability certificate & income proof .
- Interview: A telephonic interview to understand the candidate’s background and aspirations.
- Final Selection: Approval by the scholarship committee .
Financial Assistance
- Upto ₹ 10,0000 per year for 4.5 years.
Note: Scholarship money can only be utilised for academic expenses.
