Eligibility Criteria for SUBHADRA Yojana 2025

To apply for the SUBHADRA Yojana, the applicant must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be a resident of Odisha.
  • Should be covered under NFSA or SFSS.
  • Women without NFSA/SFSS cards can apply if the family income is below ₹2,50,000.
  • Age must be between 21 and 60 years as of the qualifying date.
  • Should not be an Income Tax payer.
  • Should not be receiving ₹1,500 per month or more under any government scheme.
  • Should not be an MP/MLA or an elected public representative (except ward member/councillor).
  • Should not be a regular or contractual employee in Central/State Government or PSUs.
  • Honorarium workers such as ASHA, Anganwadi Workers, CRP, Master Bookkeepers, etc., are eligible.
  • Should not own 4-wheeler vehicles, except small commercial goods vehicles.
  • Aadhaar details must match the application information.

Financial Benefits Under SUBHADRA Yojana

  • ₹10,000 annually for five years, starting from 2024–25 to 2028–29.
  • The amount is credited in two instalments:
